Hello again, with another internet problem. Internet is completely unusable for the last 4-5 days. What is going on, and how long will it last? I am unable to work. If this is not fixed by today, there should be some compensation for this month because I am losing money unable to do my freelance work. Thank you for your help.

Hallo nochmal, mit einem anderen Internetproblem. Das Internet ist in den letzten 4-5 Tagen völlig unbrauchbar. Was ist los und wie lange wird es dauern? Ich kann nicht arbeiten Wenn dies bis heute nicht behoben ist, sollte es eine Entschädigung für diesen Monat geben, da ich Geld verliere, das nicht in der Lage ist, meine freiberufliche Arbeit zu verrichten. Hello Martin. Long time!

Internet has been "okay" for some time since we talked, upload being around 2-3 was not too bad. However, the last week has been terrible, with the upload being 0.20 to 0.40. I remember that it was being worked on and would be fixed after December, but could you take a look to see if there's another problem? Internet is completely dead like this, 0.20 makes it unusuable. At least 2-3 upload was decent.

the colleagues still work on the high upstream utilisation, which is really high most time of the day :/. Until 11 a.m. there was an additional problem with the return path that seems to have vanished now.

The upload is 1.10 currently, at 17.30 pm 4th of December 2020. I was given a discount from March to December because of the terrible upload speeds. It was said to be fixed at the end of the year, but there is still no change. I have finished my Master's thesis and I want to stream now, but I can't because I have a really good 200 mb upload, but a 1 mb upload to go along with that. I have waited 9 months. Can you please give me a good update..

Hello, is anyone there? 3 days, no reply. This is not a threat, I legitimately can't do my job because of this internet. Advertisement was 200 mbps download 12 mbps upload, I have been getting 1 mbps upload since MARCH. 9 months. It was said that it would be solved by December. Still nothing. This is Germany, the heart of Europe, and I am getting 1 MBPS UPLOAD FOR 9 MONTHS. This is extremely frustrating, sorry to say I can't wait any longer. Either this is solved in the next few days, or I will cancel my contract due to lack of promised service.

Currently 200 download, and 0.80 upload. Can't stream, can't upload videos for my blog, can't play games. I have finished my Master's, and I can't even give a present to myself by relaxing because of this terrible connection.

I don't get any help on that thread. I open a new one, you delete it in a few hours without any explanation or help. Yet, you find it reasonable to keep taking my money? I paid for Vodafone monthly 50 EUR mobile plan and average 30 EUR monthly for internet for 4 YEARS. Is this how Germany works? People who wrote 2-3 days ago get replies to their threads, I have been waiting for 6 days with no replies. This is extremely unfair and frustrating. Why do I have 1 mbps upload for 9 MONTHS, but other users I see have 10-20? You told me this was a citywide problem, why do I see so many people with good upload? I thought I would find equality and understanding here.
