Router shipment sent back due to wrong address. Not sure what happens next

Hi,

I ordered an internet connection to my new address where i will move in on the 1st of May. I am currently staying at a temporary place (airbnb) and i had requested the shipment to be done to my current address while placing the order. 

Unfortunately, i think the order was sent to my future address and so no one was able to receive the router. Now it has been sent back (at least thats what the DHL tracking shows) and i am not sure what i can do next. I would really like to be able to use the internet when i move in to my new place. I have tried calling customer care via vodafone with no luck as they said they cannot help with unitymedia cases. The unitymedia hotline is automated and in German. As such i am not able to do anything about my order so far. I am trying out the mail channel to see if i can get some help with this. I am sorry for having to use English because i do not know German yet.

please contact Social Media Support (https://www.unitymedia.de/privatkunden/kontakt/ - Community & Social Media) on Facebook or Twitter.
Unfortunately, a different delivery address is not possible when ordering online, so shipping to the service address is always arranged. However, social media support can initiate a new delivery, which will at least arrive after moving in.
