Hello,
Before I moved to new apartment, I order a new service on 21.10.2022. There were suppose to be some mail at the address, and the installation package sent to DHL paketstation.
Since I didn't have name on the letterbox I assume the mail couldn't be send.
For DHL, I couldn't collect the package so after 7 days it was sent back to Vodafone (04.11.2022).
Will there be a reshipment? Is any contract still valid? What happens now?

I'll just update if anyone has this issue - so I needed to call the Customer support, and they will send again the package, but this time I asked to send to address, not Paketstation.
And the contract is valid from the beginning, even when no device.
