Hi, I started a contract for cabel internet and a router was send to me from Vodafone. Unfortunately I was not at home when DHL brought it and it was returned back to company ( as I could see on its tracking number). The line to Kundercentrum is constantly busy ( or someone disconnects after question Sprechen Sie english ? : )) How can I get that router?
