I have make a Vodafone contracts for DSL CABLE PHONE IN HOUSE AND MOBILE ABONAMENT I HAVE tried to connect my internet box but I don't have the internet, so I need a technich man to fix my troubles with cables of DSL

If it is really a cable contract, e.g. Internet using the antenna outlet, then there is no english speaking hotline. You may wait for a Mod here - but this can take time (some days) -OR- you ask some neighbour/collegue that speaks German to call the hotline and make an appointment for you.
