Hi
I have a big problem with my internet connection and communicating it to the Vodafone tech guys.
Internet is on and of the whole week. One moment I have it, second - is gone. I tried to restart the Router. It helped - internet was back for several hours but after that it went back to default mode, no connection at all.
I tried to call Vodafone multiple times but they didn’t want to talk with me because I don’t speak German. They just hang up the phone on me.
Can anybody from the moderators can link me with tech support? Or propose the solution?

If the reconnects only occur via WIFI only you will find some tips here: WLAN optimieren
If you have problems via LAN, too, send me a private message with your name, your customer number and your mobile phone number.

I need to know which LED shine or blink in which colour. You can activate the LED by touching the modem at the top.
