Please help..my internet DSL does not work..its nearly for months..

Hi,

It's nearly 4 months since the day i signed the contract with Vodafone and now i still not have internet connection yet. Its a long story, i did complain via email, tried many way to contact.. but nothing is in progress. I was withdrawed money for one month using Kabel Internet (actually could not use them) and after that Vodafone found out Kabel Internet did not work in my flat, they canceled the contract and i signed another internet one with DSL. Well i do not wanna say more about that story because its not worth my time and your time, just want you to know how dissapointed i am.

Now i would like you to be kind helping me solve my problem. Last week the technician came to my flat and said we had signal since then. On Tuesday I received my modem and set up everything, but i could not activate my internet. When i came to the second phase of activating, it said we have no internet connection. I do not understand why.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
