Hello,
I received my starter package and I followed the set up instructions. Problem with my router is that it is stuck with a blinking light at the "internet" sign on a cable modem and cannot establish internet connection. I did try to call the service line but could not explain the issue with my broken german. Can someone please help me with this? Thank you in advance

Can someone please help me with this? It's been almost a month since I ordered my internet connection. If not, can you please let me know how I can quit this contract? I have to pay for this month usage without actually using it.
