No Internet Connection after Kable Router installation

I'm English speaker and I have just signed a Internet home (cable modem) Vodafone concract.
I received the router.
I connected Kabel router into the TV port at my wall. Then I have connected the DATA socket to the router.
When I connect my computer to the router via WiFi or Ethernet cable, I can not access the internet 
All Leds is on, no blinking. still there is no internet.

Can someone help me on urgent basis?

What typ of cablerouter did you use from us? If you use the TV with the TV port of the antenna socket, did you get a signal?
