Since we can't read your first post here, I'd like to ask you to explain it again briefly in English.
When and at what times do the upload problems occur most frequently? Do you just use our hardware or additional devices (Routers, Switches, e.g.). Are you connected via LAN or WLAN?
And last but not least: Please send me a private message with the following information:

I have a computer connected via LAN and other phones, a tablet via WIFI.
I even tried to disable wifi on mobile devices and it still didn't work. I am sending a picture of the internet and now I am happy. Speed (mainly upload) will decrease significantly in the evening
