Hello, I have Installed the new Red internet router and there is a problem with connecting. The led light blinks red and there is no connection I have done everything as it should. I have tried to call the hotline with no result I have also visited Vodafone Store TWICE and nothing happened.
Please, I would really need help.

if the device does not come online on its own, a technician must come to you. I can finish the job for you.

Hello i dont know what do you mean by the fixed network. My router blinks red and for almost a week i have no internet connection.

Ok, thank you. When I can expect somebody to call me and then visit and fix it? I really need that internet for my work and its been a week and nobody is giving me a real solution and its getting really absurd.
