Modem continously restarting more times in every hour

Hello!

 

I have that problem, in the last 4 days my modem (cbn CH7466CE Wireless Voice Gateway, Firmware version 4.50.19.12).It makes random restarting doesnt matter gaming, news reading or watching movies it makes that again and again more than 3 times in every hour. Im very flustrated because of it, i tried power disconnected (for 20min) and reset too but the problem is the same.

The support in the telefon said, i must to wait for a new cable, but please!! my modem doesnt restarting because of the cable from the wall, i know its just a random answer for any problem when someone is make a call. So please, i need a solution as soon as possible

judging from what you wrote I assume the modem is defective. So if the cable doesn't help a would like to send you a new device. I will need both your customer number and your address, you may send me the data in a private message. Please leave a short reply in this thread again after you sent the PM.

My story

31.8.18 - problem reported

4.9.18 - new koaxcable arrived - problem is the same

5.9.18 - technician arrived - after - the problem is the same

8.9.18 - new kabelmodem arrived - the problem is the same

11.9.18 - new kabelmodem arrived again - the problem is the same

 

So almost 2 weeks ago i cannot use my connection via Vodafone meinkabel, and during this time i paid for my mobiledata about 40 euro...... up to now! How much must i pay more?. I really-really asking you for some solution because i getting started make myself angry.

so there were actually some measures taken already. Right now not only your modem is offline, but others in the area as well. That indicates a bigger outage, so I made a task for the second level to check on that. You will receive an E mail with the job number.
