MIC code reset English

I reset my router as I was having performance issues, and I need to re-enter the MIC code which I do not have.

I do not have a login to my online account (this account is not attactched to my contract) and I can not navigate the automated call cetner due to my lack of German.

Can someone please advise what to press or say after calling 0800 172 1212 to reach an English speaking techical support agent?

welcome to the Vodafone Community!

You can send the MIC to your mobile phone number via SMS as soon as you have added your DSL contract to MeinVodafone.

Your need the Online-Registrierungscode which you find in our welcome letter.

In MeinVodafone click "Vertrag hinzufügen" (add contract) and chose DSL.

If you can not find our welcome letter (usually we send it via e-mail) you can send a private message to me.

I need your name, customer number, customer password and your mobile phone number.
