Is there any support by chat in English?

Hello

My internet has been down for the last few days and I do want to get support, but in English.

I have seen few informations that there is a support in chat available, but I have not managed to get to it.
I have had the bot trying to chat with me all the time, but is there anywhere I can have a chat with the actual support person at all?

Go to www.unitymedia.com/contact, scroll down to "Chatten Sie mit uns" and ignore UBO. If there is a free agent, you can sign up for assistance. You need your customer information, including customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder.

Alternatively you can report the disturbance also over the disturbance helpers under www.unitymedia.de/stoerung online. Your login details are needed for the online customer center.

Thank you for the reply, I have been checking on the contact page this morning, but I never see any button coming up on the chat bit, that means the support person is always occupied?

For the moment, I will also try the second suggestions and hopefully they'll get back soon...:(

You may not have activated any addblocker, otherwise it may happen that you can not see the chat button. If it says, "Gerade sind alle Mitarbeiter im Gespräch" which means "Everyone is talking," then you have to wait a bit, until the next employee is free again.
