Internet very slow, a lot of packages are lost

Hi everyone , sorry for my English , i hope I will have a little help from you! I am using internet from unitymedia package 500mb/25 mb from may month, first few days was ok , and after that start a lot of problems !

1. The speed are not as described

2. The internet surfing is slow

I tried to reset router to default settings and the same situation ! 

3. I tried to sent some ping to google.com in CMD command! 

3-4 pakages are sent , 1 lost

I make this monitoring in a different times of a day , nothing is not change !!

I don't know where to apply with this problem because is hard for me in german explain the problem !! I hope somebody understand me in give me a reply !
