My internet is out just like last year when I opened a ticket. I can connect to the router but the router cannot connect to the Internet.
Edit: Verschoben von DSL nach Störungsmeldungen Internet, TV & Telefon Kabel.

as you already sent your customer number with your last thread I could have a look at your access. It seems there's a problem in your building, other modems are online, but have a bad signal. I'd like to send you a technician, is the phone number that ends on ***246 still correct?

Yes that is still my phone number. The internet has been up since I put in the ticket though.

Hello my internet is broken again! It only works late at night. Why does this happen so much? I am paying for no service for a whole year. Please help. My neighbors have trouble too they all hate this internet.

you didn't reply since April and no one in the building got in touch with us since May, so of course we assume there is no problem. Right now your modem is online, but some Upstreams are missing. Does it work right now or is there an outage?

It is currently working for one of the first days. Did somebody change a setting? I think that somebody may need to come out to replace the router/switch for our building.
