Hello,
In the middle of the week (tuesday/wednesday I think) there were two major outages during the night that left the whole building without Vodafone internet for an hour or two (confirmed by neighbours). Since that there have been no outages, but the connection quality has degraded significantly. Right now, for example, I experience 10 packet loss on average going up to 20% occasionally. This makes it very hard to play videogames or even participate in conference calls, which is kind of important now that the majority of people work from home.

Vodafone CableMax 1000
- Which modem/ router do you use?
Vodafone Station (as a modem) + own Wi-Fi router
- Do you use a rental device from us or do you have your own device?
Both, I have my own router for Wi-Fi (in bridge mode) which is connected to the Vodafone station
- What error occurs?
Extremely high packet loss (10–20%)
- Which browser do you normally use
Not relevant
- What operating system do you have on your computer?
macOS + Windows
- Start and duration of the fault
Started a couple of days ago, not sure when exactly
I've attached the screenshots of mtr that I've launched 10-15 minutes ago. The packet loss has stabilised down to 8%, but at the start of the test it was close to 20%. I've started pinging my Wi-Fi router at the same time to show that the issue isn't related to my local wireless network and is on your side:
