Help needed fast

Hello,

For some odd reason, I keep getting hung up on when calling your customer support line the moment I say I can't speak German so well and need someone who speaks English to explain this properly. 

We have a land-line and dsl connection from Vodafone at home (as well as several mobile subscriptions). However, after 2 months of our land-line and dsl connection working great, it suddenly stopped working, followed by an email that the connection cannot be delivered.

I need this fixed fast and can't even get help from the one place you claim I can call.
