I only speak English, I have the cable gigabyte service but its delivering between 50 - 100 mbps. Also the service goes in and out during the daytime, work hours, 2 or 3 times, affecting business calls or making me use my cel phone 4g to finish video calls. Not good for my data plan. Please advise.
