I have had a Cable internet issue for a few days now but I am not able to get a English speaking representative on the phone when I call Vodafone. : (
I am fairly experienced with routers and modems so I have done everything I could to resolve the issue on my end.
I tried two different WiFi routers, reset the modem, powered everything off and on. I hooked up the previous tenants modem and it was able to get enough network connect to ask for an activation code from Vodafone.
My WiFi router that is directly connected to the modem is not detecting a signal, my computer doesn't detect a sign when directly conected.
The modem shows all lights are green.
I am not able to log into the 192.168.0.1 interface- it isn't able to make a connection.
Prior to Friday, my internet was working just fine. This is usually an issue once a month but usually only lasts a few hours.
Any help is appreciated.

Hello Mario968,
which federal state do you live in and which router did you get from us? Actually the previous tennant should have sent his router back unless it is his own device. Did you replace the coaxial cable as well? Can you reach the modem's GUI?
