Hi,
i have a easybox as modem for my home cable inetrnet, my modem restarts more than 10 times a day and this matter has become a terrible issue in my house because after each restart it takes 5 to 10 min to become online ( as my childeren have online traning this matter is causing them trouble ) , i called vodafone and told my problem to them and they just restarted my system from center and it didnt help, i sent them several emails and they told me go to froum and ask for help in there , i asked to change my router but they didnt answer to my request . Please some one tell me , what should i do in here , i have come from USA to Hamburg and really dont know what to do, please advise

Hi Martin,
thank you so much for your following up, first of all i would like to thank you and your partners for helping me . unfortunately the problem still exists, if you check my line you will notice that i have many times restarting modem. I still think that the vodafone station (easybox) needs to get changed. Please like before help me solve this problem.
