The worst internet provider I've ever had. Every 2 hours my download speed could low down to 6 Mbps for 20 minutes. It does not matter which service you had (100Mbps, 200Mbps...) you will still face this problem all the time. Some times I have an expected speed, but if your work depends on stable internet do not use vodafone.

I've sent you my correct address in the private message as you asked. And the technician still came to my old address. I am still living with internet speed 15mbps. (expected 100mbps)  I have updated the router (now I have fritz-box) all cables were updated too. And still, nothing changed. I will pay any amount of money, please make me a normal intern.

I have sent you my address 2nd time to you. No response for the last 2 months. 
Can someone cancel my contract with this company? This is a hell. I want to forget my time using your service. I have never ever in my life such a ***ty communication and support like this. This company deserve more love

I can not understand what is the state of my contract. In 'meinvodafone' I have a message "Vertrag abgelaufen Du kannst Deine Kabel Deutschland-Produkte nicht mehr nutzen." My router stop to work 4 days ago. I called vodafone support service (he said that you cancel my contract). I send my router back to you (yesterday). Today in the morning I got a message that my contract is still open. What is the satate? Can you cancel it? 

Please cancel all installation tasks. And cancel my contract.
