Hello,
Two days ago I had newly installed DSL with EasyBox804 which was working fine. The next day the internet stopped working complaining that modem is not connecting and showing the Errors FC811 nad FC815, although nothing had been changed from how the hardware was installed by the specialist. DSL cable is properly connected, rebooting of EasyBox through PC nor resetting modem has helped.
I have only one green light WLAN on modem. Could you please suggest the next steps?

I need your name, your customer number and your mobile phone number.
Please activate the LEDs on the EasyBox by touching its top and tell me which LED shines or blinks in which colour.
