I signed a contract with Vodafone for a DSL Internet service. The first technician came on the 21st of DEcember and advised there was an issue with the line and that I should talk to the owner of the apartment. The owner hired an electrician who fixed the line and another Technician from Vodafone came today (16th of January) and connected the service (he connected a cable in the APL) but after entering the modem code all I get is a "timeout" message and the DSL led on the FRITZ box keeps blinking.
I woudl appreaciate any help with this issue.
