Good afternoon,

 

Since this morning I have been experiencing internet connection problems. I have turned OFF and ON the router several times without any response. I would like to see if it is possible to contact someone from customer service and preferably to speak in English.

i'm sorry that your landline is not working properly.

Sadly there is no dedicated english speaking hotline. Most agents of our hotline (0800 172 1212) should be hable to handle an english call though.
