Hello Vodafone Team,
DSL Router will send to my old address & I left the apartment.
I would like to change the delivery address to my new apartment which the same address of the DSL Internet contract.
I have called 0800/1721212, and I said "operator" clear and loud and I could reach English speaker customer service,
I have sent SMS to customer service and they require my customer password which I don't have !!
and it is really simple I asking to send it to my new address which is mentioned in the contract.
I have sent E-mail also but no reply !!
please please please help, I would like to receive the DSL router at my new address

When did you write the email to our service? Did you use the contact form or which email adress did you use?
