Hi community,
I have a problem at the moment with my Cable Internet. I was at home surfing today and it suddenly stopped working and the router light in the Vodafone Station router went red and started to Blink.
I tried the following:
1. Restarted the router.
2. Unplugged the router for 60 seconds, reconnected.
3. Logged into the Admin page of the router 192.168.0.1, restarted the router.
4. Logged into the Admin page of the router 192.168.0.1, reset the router to factory defaults.
5. Changed the router to a second connection within my house.
6. Tried to contact the Hotline for help, but there is only service in German and I cannot understand the menu (Sorry I just arrived to Germany, I am working on learning the language as fast as I can).
Do you have any suggestions on how to get to diagnose the issues? is there a chat or a way to get someone who understands/speaks English?
Any help will be appreciated!

everything looks good on your line. With the new router everything works again. You don't need to do anything else.

the line looks good, so the source of the problem seems to lie somewhere else. I would like to replace your modem first, is that okay for you?

Thank you for sending the router. I have received it and now it is installed.
The old router has been returned.
It seems that this solved the issue. Is anything else I should do from my side?
