Hello. My internet went out today and everything seems fine with the router. I reset it, unplugged everything, and factory reset from the ip address. Nothing has worked. The status of the modem is showing as "in process" Is there anything I can do to fix this or does a technician have to come out? It has been working fine for over a year. Thank you for the help.
