Broadband- WIfi vefry Slow, doesn't connect in other room and disconnects very frequently. Doesn't get regular streaming to TV and Keeps loading for Youtube/Netflix videos. I am facing this problem since I took the connection. Please send someone to check it or guide me how to proceed as soon as possible.

Hi,
I have a problem with both Wifi connection and Internet speed.
I am using the modem which I peoided by you for free with the connection.
As the router, you've gotten heated up all the time and I feel it's not good. Plesae advice me if need to change the device as well because some friends of mine were suggesting to replace it, they had the same issue with Vodafone.

Hi KaranSingh,
we have several modems for DSL and cable.
Please have a look which model you use.
If the connection is too slow via LAN and WIFI, I'm pretty sure there is no problem with the modem.
Please do at least 3 Speedchecks here: http://www.speedcheck.vodafone.de and post the results (without ticketnumbers) here.
Please use LAN and do not download or stream anything during the tests.
Also do not use VPN or any extension cables or (powerline-) adapters.

Hi Jens,
As per your drection, I have done the speet test three times, result is attached and its really a very poor speed and most of the times its even worst then this. However, the bigger issue is disconnect of connection all the time, I am not able to do anything continuously.
Also, I am using the default modem which was sent by Vodafone when I applied for the connection, grey in color.
kindly, send someone to look at the issue himself and fix it at the earliest.

I am not sure about the radio frequencies and foreign radio networks in my area.
Well, Its been lot of question-answer on the posts for quite a long time. It would be rather better to send a technician and find out the real issue.
I am paying for the service for about 4-5 months but not able to use it with peace of mind, I hope you understand my problem and resolve it at the earliest.

Hi Karan,
I can see the disconnects. Thgis happens very often. The signals seems to be okay and other connections at your place don't show the same issues. Inj first step I'd like to replace your modem for free. Is that okay for you?
