I bought monthly ticket , and it was working untile 09-07-2018
the mac address for it is :

I dont know how to get the exact hotspot since I can not connect to it so thus are the ids which I get from this link

could you send me please the MAC from your device which you use? I would like to create a ticket for my colleagues 🙂 Also, i would like to have your customerdata (customernumber, name, adress) via private message.

I tested the hotspot with 3 different devices and none of them was able to connect
just one of these devices have the monthly ticket
so consider me a new customer who want to register my new device with the hotspot ,
and I send the mac address of the hotspot to your Colleague and I will send it to you now
( which was hidden in the ticket text because its "Personal data" ) ,
pleas the soulition is simple insted of let me suffer for one more week and lose the already payed days, just restart the lovely hotspot
