refund hotspot pass

I want to get a refund for my weekly hotspot pass i got yesterday. It's ridiculous, i can't login. It says that my credentials are wrong. Therefore I want a refund since i can't use the service.

There is no refund for the Hotspot Pass once the service has started.

If you don't remember your credentials, then this is your sole fault and as such no refund is given.
