Vodafone Hotspot Not Working – MAC Address Rotation Issue on MacBook

Hi,

I purchased a one-month voucher from hotspotshop.vodafone.de but I am unable to use the service. Below are the steps I have gone through:

  1. I purchased a one-month voucher from hotspotshop.vodafone.de yesterday
  2. I connected to a public Vodafone Hotspot Wi-Fi point
  3. After approximately 8 hours of troubleshooting, I was able to redeem the voucher
  4. The system mapped the voucher to the MAC address that was used at that time
  5. Today, I was unable to connect to the internet, as I discovered that my MacBook rotates MAC addresses automatically when connecting to Wi-Fi
  6. I disabled MAC address rotation and manually assigned the MAC address that is registered on my invoice, but I am still unable to access the internet

Despite my efforts, I am still unable to use the service I have paid for. I would kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue or, if a solution is not possible, a full refund.

I can provide my purchase details and invoice upon request.
