Hotspot problem

Hi,

I bought a 30-day ticket on April 16th and it worked for about a week (of course with little problems - it worked 1-2 hours and then 10-20 minutes break) and now it does not work at all.

The Hotspots near me are: 

HH-3-3226218
HH-3-3226802
HH-3-3500511
HH-3-3255545
HH-3-3239342

Now it's working.... what was the problem? or it's just a trap to buy another ticket....

The problem came back....have you found any solutions?

I bought the ticket for 1 week 2 times and I want to tell you that it went perfectly.
and if everything went smoothly, I said let's buy the month ticket ... I bought the one-month ticket .. and boom ... it worked only one day.
Until now I only had this problem with the one-month vouchers ....
Please restart the following routers maybe that will solve the problem.

Unfortunately I can't reset these spots unless the owner tells us to do that. HH-3-3226802 and  HH-3-3239342 should be working. There are quite a few connections with several devices.

Then restrict my access to those routers that you can not reset (HH-3-3500511 and HH-3-3255545) and tell me what mac address the routers HH-3-3226802 and HH-3-3239342 ... to know on which hotspot to connect. Do you have my mac address in first attachment.
