Hey,
i have extended my contract with Vodafone to keep my number, and it was the biggest mistake i have done,
my contract shows that i have to pay 60 € monthly, and first 3 months will be free of charge, but actually i am paying 110 € monthly since the contract started.
now i am in this problem since 5 months, tried to contact the hotline, went to the shop several times submitted my several complains, but nothing happened, and still charging me more than 110 € every month, as they are charging me 50€ for sim card which they mentioned that it is a gift for me, and will not pay for it, which i have never used.
I feel that it is really a hopeless case, and i have the feeling that people have no rights with mobile companies.
i am not sure who can help me here, but it feels like it is just a fact that vodafone will steal money from me for the next 2 years.
Cheers,
Ahmad

For what do you pay so much money? Please read the bill.

So are you literally accusing Vodafone of a crime here? Whoa...I'd be highly careful doing so if I were you, because doing so without sufficient proof is a crime itself under German jurisdiction. ![]()
From what you have described you did sign for two new contracts/connections while in the shop. Do you have any statement on your contract papers that one of them should be free of charge for the full contract duration?
Ein Klick auf "Danke" tut nicht weh - ich sage schon mal "Dankeschee!" ![]()
Achtung, es folgt eine Signatur: Wenn überhaupt, dann jammern wir auf einem extrem hohen Niveau.

Checking the contract details in a foreign language may be tricky. In any case, you can upload the documents here after you've blackened out any personal data to ensure you remain anonymous.

It's not easy to analyse a bill written in a foreign language. However, the Community members will be glad to help you and point out any items on the bill that may explain for the current due amount. Again, uploading the bill after you've removed personal data is fine.
You can help make the Community work for all of us and, at the same time, rely on useful feedback.
In any case, unless you've already addressed your issue in another channel, I'll gladly try to sort this out.
Regards
Michael

Hello Ahmad,
Thanks for providing the statements for contract and invoice.
The contract statement only refers to one price plan whereas the bill image clearly states that you have two(!) price plans and two sim cards, each with a monthly base price: Red L and Red+ Allnet.
You mention that one sim card was offered to you for free. In any case, if you picked up two(!) sim cards in the store, you must have signed up for both. So, there should be a second document somewhere among your papers to state the terms and conditions for the second sim card.
Please look for the second contract document and check if it really states the price plan free of charge.
If it does, you can send me a private message and I'll check what can be done about this. Also, I will see to it that any granted discounts still missing will be added.
Please send your pm today(!) until 3 pm the latest, as I will be offline for the next 2 weeks.
Regards
Michael
