Hello,
I am a vodafone DE customer and have a cell phone line with two participants. myself and my wife. I went to vodafone to add a service to my contract and come to find out they added several items that were not disclosed, and they also sent me 2 ipads that I need to pay for. I was taken advantage of because of the language barrier between german and english. At tihs point I do not know what to do, my contract now has 7 participants on it, and things that I did not order. My local vodafone store refuses to help and never lets me talk to a manager.
If this doesn't get sorted out I will go to the local authorities.
Any advice would help
