My invoice amount is higher than my contract summary.
I opted out for trade-in program and due to this, my contract summary is like 24.99 for 1-12 months and 44.99 for 12-24 months, but my invoice amount is higher than this for the first 3 months. When I went to the vodafone shop last month, they told me the trade-in bonus is not yet taken into account, wait a month and it should be fixed. My invoices are like:
I am not even using the 15 GB data I have every month. And the Tobi is the most useless piece of software I have ever used in my life.
Please suggest me how to proceed with this issue? I couldn't find any english speaking support/contact in the website.
