Hallo,
I ordered prepaid CallYa Digital e-sim on 29th Sep.
I finished the identification process, and I was informed that I'm gonna receive a physical sim, not an e-sim.
I think this is an error becase I ordered e-sim.
Also, I cannot find the invoice of my order. What I tried is as follows:
1. Click [Zum Bestellstatus] via email > this led to me a wrong webpage, which contains 403 Forbidden error.
2. Use 'Find invoice' tab of your webpage. > this required me to have a german phone number, but I don't have one because I'm supposed to get one by this order.
And what I want you is as follows:
1. As I have no german phone number yet, I want to get an email address for contact, or get some help in person.
2. Please check my order and send the invoice by email.
3. If my order is about e-sim, please correct the error and send my e-sim. It's been more than a week since I finished the identification process.

Thank you for your message. If you have ordered an eSIM, you should normally also receive an eSIM from us. We will be happy to check why you received a physical card and take care of any further questions you may have. Please contact our WhatsApp-Team and answer any questions from TOBi. He will then forward your request to us so that we can take care of it. Please note that TOBi will first ask you questions in German. Once we have taken over, we will help you in English.

I think TOBi is not handling my problem at all. He's saying that "Dein Anliegen klären wir am besten telefonisch." but I don't have my phone number because I'm supposed to get one by this order.
I want to "chat" in English with you. Please give me some email address or let me visit you.
