Hello! I ordered both Internet and Mobile contract in May, 2019 from a Vodafone staff, Mr. ***, who's in charge of our student's appartments' vodafone service. And then I got the WIFI box, but I've never got the SIM card. And Mr. *** didn't answer my questions about the SIM card. So I just let it go. But afterwards, I've reveiced several bills of an mobile contract, of a phone number I've never used. I've asked Mr.*** again, and apparently he didn't fix the problem. The Kundennummer is ***. Now that I've received several mails of bills and it's very annoying. First of all, I've never reveived the SIM card that I asked for. And even worse, now I get charged for something I never had? And the price doesn't even match the contract I was offered. So there must be some mistakes. I won't pay for the bills that's not mine. Please cancel the contract!!! And stop sending me the billing mails!!!

Are you sure that this is a mobile WiFi box and NOT a cable or DSL (wired) contract?
Maybe you can tell what device(s) you got...

I got a device for my internet which works fine and I pay for that monthly, and that's not the point. I also ordered a SIM card which never came, just some nonsense bills with not even my phone number on it. Thanks.
