Incorrect invoice (since MAY 2020)

Hi,

I have changed my Tarrif in May 2020 and the new one comes with an iPhone. It works like this: you pay part of the device price in the beginnig and the rest is being paid during the next 2 years every month. 

I have recieved the device. But since May Vodafon demands the full price of the phone + monthy payment for the SAME DEVICE. So with this I would pay TWICE for the same phone.

I have been calling Vodafon support since May and NO RESULT! Today i have recieved another Mahnung with threats to ruin my SHUFA. And AGAIN the invoice is incorrect! And this is Vodafon's mistake not mine!

I literally do not know what to do! I have the confirmation of my new Tarrif in my email, but Vodafon keeps demanding the wrong amount of money!

I don't know if this should be in another category, but honestly I am so tired that I don't care where to place this message.
