Payment Not Showing & Error Registering for Online Invoicing — Germany

Hi all,

 

I’m hoping to get some help or see if anyone else has run into these two issues simultaneously.

 

1. Payment Status Not Updating: I have already paid my January invoice in full. However, when I log into my account online, it still shows the January bill as "Open" or outstanding. I want to make sure my account doesn't get flagged for a late payment since the money has already left my bank. Customer service from a Vodafone store have confirmed that the payment has indeed been processed, so it appears that it is only a website bug. But it could easily be confusing to keep track of future invoice. 

 

2. Error Switching to Online Invoicing: I’m trying to switch to digital/online invoicing. Every time I attempt to complete the registration for this, I get an error message and the system won't let me move forward.

 

It feels like my account might be "stuck" or out of sync. Has anyone else experienced these issues?

 

I’ve tried clearing my browser cache and using the mobile app, but the issues persist.

When did you transfer the payment? And did you use this data?

As reference only your customer number or invoice number. 

 

Note that the transfer could be take few days booking the invoice by Vodafone.
