Hello all. I ordered my Internet via DSL 2 weeks ago, but the fact that i am moving to different cities during my studies, i want to cancel my online order. I have not recieved any routers nor a technician has visited my place yet. i tried to call 0800 1721212, but they always redirect me to call Ya's team. and Call Ya team says that i need to contact 0800 1721212 as it is DSL related matter. Please help me. Thanks.
