Unable to merge accounts / online registration code

Please excuse my message being in English.  I still learning German.  I hope you can help me.

I have an online account for a top up sim card (no longer used) and I also have a home LTE service.  

I would like to link my service together with my registered email Meine Vodafone account account but it asks for an online registration code.  I looked through my contract and there is a login but this does not work now. 

Please can you assist me?
