I have a Vodafone Red Internet and Phone 400 Cable and from last few days the Router (Arris tg3442de) restarts automatically in 4 or 5 times in a day causing the interest to disconnect for 5-10 minutes. This is happening automatically and I lose the complete Internet connection.
I tried calling the Vodafone Helpdesk and they promised to upgrade the firmware of my Modem but that has Not helped the problem.
Please look into this and let me know the possible situation. Because of Covid-19 situation, we are all working from home and Internet is absolute must!

I'd be happy to take a look at the connection 🙂 Do you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?
