Lte s 50000 zu hausa

Hi vodafone

I am using LTE  S 50000 30 GB monthy data volume.

The vodafone has activated the 10 GB high speed volume in my last month bill.

Now i want to know that how can i deactivate the this upgrade .

I tryed some times by calling 1212 but all in wain,because there is no option for non German speakers like english.

Kindly give me advice .

Tip: Call Vodafone Hotline say "Festnetz" and then Englisch Operator or before - then you will be refered to an englisch speaking operator.
