Hello.
I am trying to terminate my contract but Vodafone insist to hold my contract. I am not living in Germany since 15.08.2016 and do pay all my invoices since two years even though I am trying to cancel my contract. I went to Vodafone shops, they said they cannot and directed me to Vodafone Center. Vodafone Center said they cannot and directed me to online center. I searched via online center, there is no any contract cancellation option. I called Vodafone hotline, no one talks English or any other language. Today is last day and it seems Vodafone will force me to extend my contract two more years even I don't use, even I don't live in Germany. I only travel to Germany once a year. Please help me to cancel my contract. Thanks.

It might be highly helpful if you stated what kind of a contract you have (since you posted in a section that does not really allow for any precise "guessing").

 

  • Fixed network (cable/DSL):  Please use the search feature of this board to find out what to do.
  • Mobile network:  Moving abroad does not constitute a legal right to prematurely terminate the contract.

What kind of connection did you use? DSL or cable? Do you know the name of the tariff.

 

In order to cancel your DSL contract just send us a message via our contact form 

 

If you mention that you are leaving Germany the contract ends after 3 months.
