request to cancel contract - leaving Germany permanently

I would like to cancel my kabel deutschland contract, as I am leaving Germany permanently. My Kundennummer is ***. I got my "Abmeldebescheinigung" two or three days ago, and would like to send it to you. Please let me know where should I send it (via email/online form would be preferable and easy for me). Also, as I leave Germany tomorrow; I would like to ask if I can go ahead and send back my Kabel 32 box to the address "Am Tower 222 90475 Nuernberg"?

Hi faraz,

the contract is already in termination. It is terminated with a period of 3 months starting on the day of the move. In your case, the contract ends on 04.09.2018.
