Hello ,
I've DSL connection starting ...
i moved to new address, i asked vodaphone store -> they provided new cable vodaphone contract
but , there is no socket for cable . We contacted customer care - > NO use - > no one came to install cable connection
Every month they are charging 35 euro for internet , But there is no internet ...> Very BAD
In mean time i asked for temporary internet -> customer care told giga cube is free for one month
But they sent email as 50 euros for gigacube.
so i cancelled the giga cube within notice period - Bestellnummer: 19992719
But vodaphone is deducted 65 euro for giga cube -- This very bad
1. Kindly give back my Gigacube money back
2. Kindly send the technical team to fix my internet connection
Otherwise , Kindly close your vodaphone company -> Do not cheat the innocent people.

I´m very sorry for these circumstances.
If you send back your GigaCube during the notice period, then this contract is going to be cancelled.
We did not receive any information about your move with DSL, so the line is active and still being charged.
Did you report your address change in the meanwhile? Without reporting your move, we cannot check, if DSL available at your new address.

I already reported to vodaphone store regarding house movement
and they gave new Kabel Deutschland contract

vodaphone store people told, once New Kabel Deutschland contract is active , then OLD DSL contract will automatically get cancelled
But to install Kabel Deutschland modem, there is no socket connection in my flat.
Today technical person came from Cable AG and checked and he told its possible install cable to my flat.
But , He needs another helper and machinary to drill hole in flat wall.
And he told : he will come in another 3 days. to fix this issue.
Kindly inform to Cable AG to install cable soon: (I'm waiting from past 2 months to get internet)
Regarding Gigacube : contract is cancelled , But why money is deducted from my bank account?
Kindly help me...

Hey @santoshShivapp,
please give us an update when the technician was there and fixed the problem. The dsl contract existed until the 20.09, everything beyond that will be refunded. The connection fee from that cube will still be charged, sorry

for my giga gube vodaphone charged 65 euros for connection fee.
but i already cancelled my giga cube contract within notice period, why vodaphone charged 65 euros for connection free.
this is very bad, what vodaphone is doing: looting money from customers .
Please please donot cheat peoples ..
i contacted coustmer care , they told connection fee can not refund.
this very bad ..
