modem and VF Sicherheitspaket

Dear Vodafone staff,
I  was redirected to this forum by kabel-widerruf@vodafone.com. I hope you can help me,
 
My name is Matteo Maran and I have a contract with you for internet.
Recently the Vf Sicherheitspaket was activated to my internet tariff (I received a notifaction via SMS), and I tried to reach your client service different times on the phone to remove it. However, I was almost never able to talk to one of your operators, and the few times I manage to they stop the call as soon as they heard that I do not speak German .I have sent an email through the online form but I received no reply. Few days after the notification that VF Sicherheitspaket was active, I have also received a new modem, which I do not need as the old one works perfectly already and I am not interested in the security package offered.
 
I have sent the modem back, together with the original copy of the document Muster Widerrufsformular, for removing the security package and for the new modem.  In the mean time, please find attached the termination of the contract for the security package provided. I still want to have my internet service with you, meaning that I still want to have my Internet tariff, and the old modem just without the security package and the new modem. For this reason, I have sent back the new modem. I hae a scan of the Muster Widerrufsformular if needed.
 
Could you please confirm that I will not have the security package but still internet as provided by your company?
