Dear Mr/Ms
my name is Soutrik Das, address- xxxxxxxxxx, 81735, Customer number- xxxxxxxxxx.
I have ordered Internet and TV from Vodafone, looks like I have DSL contract now for the Internet and Kabel contract for TV.
At the begining I got a Giga TV box. It didn't work after 1 week. I raised a complain and your support team promised to free one month's cost and changed it to other option where I received a recorder box.
After that I forget to check the monthly invoice from Vodafone. generally I get email from Vodafone that invoice is ready with a link. But if I try that link I reach to this site - \t "_blank" https://kabel.vodafone.de/meinkabel/rechnungen/rechnung
and then when I click on Rechnung, it say 'Für diesen Zeitraum liegen keine Rechnungen vor.'
Recently I checked the last 8 months bank transaction i was surprised to see, Vodafone is deducting a lot of money. Every month 3 transactions, 1 for internet and 2 for TV. And also didn't find the money back for 1 month.

I want to know why such false transactions and why I cant see my invoice in the portal? Please check and revert back the extra money what has been taken.

I terminated the contract. Please note that this was a gesture of goodwill on my part. That is all I can do for you at this point.

welcome to our Community.

 

Why should these transactions be false? You should have received confirmations for all tariff/products you've ordered. In this confirmation are all monthly prices are stated.

 

In this confirmations are the infos how to put your contracts together in MeinVodafone. Have you done this with every of your tariffs?

I have order HD recorder and I am ready to pay. But I have not ordered Giga TV. Basically Giga tv was replaced by HD recorder box in very first month. Then why should I pay for both boxes.

Also I dont see the monthly invoice in the vodafone portal. When I log in to the portal I see the customer number as *** and no invoices. Whats wrong going on? How to stop the charges of Giga tv and get the extra payment made since months?

Hello Soutrik,

 

you still have the GigaBox and a new contract does not replace the old one if you simply reorder. Do you have the small or the big GigaBox (with recording function)? If it is the small one, no other contract will replace it. If it is the big one, a downgrade to the recorder is not possible. You did not revoke your contract either. There will be no refund. We can only terminate the contract immediately as a gesture of goodwill, but we cannot refund anything.

 

In order to see all invoices, you must also add all contracts in the customer portal. This means that each individual contract must be added by you.

Hello

Please immediately close the Giga tv connection. I can't fight because I can't remember the name of the person and ticket number where I raised th complain for Giga tv which didnt work after 1st week. It's also onvious that one person does not need two devices for same purpose. Please confirm when it's cancelled.

it is quite possible and many customers also use it to book several devices for TV.

 

Unfortunately you did not answer all my questions. Which contracts are there and what exactly is to be terminated? but it's best if I take a look at it myself. what I don't understand: You expect a refund, but you still have both devices. I'm sorry, it doesn't work that way. As a gesture of goodwill, I'm afraid we can only terminate the contract as of this moment. There will be no refund. Is that okay with you?
