my name is Soutrik Das, address- xxxxxxxxxx, 81735, Customer number- xxxxxxxxxx.
I have ordered Internet and TV from Vodafone, looks like I have DSL contract now for the Internet and Kabel contract for TV.
At the begining I got a Giga TV box. It didn't work after 1 week. I raised a complain and your support team promised to free one month's cost and changed it to other option where I received a recorder box.
After that I forget to check the monthly invoice from Vodafone. generally I get email from Vodafone that invoice is ready with a link. But if I try that link I reach to this site - \t "_blank" https://kabel.vodafone.de/meinkabel/rechnungen/rechnung
and then when I click on Rechnung, it say 'Für diesen Zeitraum liegen keine Rechnungen vor.'
Recently I checked the last 8 months bank transaction i was surprised to see, Vodafone is deducting a lot of money. Every month 3 transactions, 1 for internet and 2 for TV. And also didn't find the money back for 1 month.
Here is the transaction details -
I want to know why such false transactions and why I cant see my invoice in the portal? Please check and revert back the extra money what has been taken.

I guess i already mentioned that please cancel the contract to stop double billing. Dont worry about refund. I will check that separately. In a private message I sent you the contract details. Have you received that?

Before closing the thread, I had another issue I mentioned. I am not able to see any invoice or documents which are posted by Vodafone when I log in to Vodafone portal.
I have 2 contracts now after you cancelled the 3rd one. The kunden# as well the vertrag# are different. How to view them under one login?

Hello Soutrik,
what other contract do you have? In cable,you only have one tv contract left.
Basically, you just have to add the contract to your contract. With the cable account you are registered and have added the contract. You have to do the same with mobile or DSL. If you have problems with that, please create a new post in the appropriate board. I can help you in this only for cable.
